OUR MISSION
The brothers and sisters of Delta Epsilon Mu are committed to serving the community by advocating health education and care, and through active participation in service activities, fundraising, and outreach programs. Members are given the opportunity to directly participate in health-oriented workshops and discussions, thereby attaining access to pertinent academic and career information through association with professors, advisors, career professionals, alumni members and fellow active members.
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear UCI,
Welcome and thank you for your interest in Delta Epsilon Mu, the nation’s premier Professional Pre-Health Co-Ed Fraternity. The four pillars of Loyalty, Dedication, Friendship, and Support, are instilled in each of our Active Members and Alumni. Delta Epsilon Mu, Rho chapter offers a community of UC Irvine students that aspire to support one another in our professional endeavors as well as involvement in philanthropic workshops, health education, and fundraising.
I initially came out to Delta Epsilon Mu to surround myself with like-minded students that also had a passion for healthcare and community service. Not only was I given this, but each active member soon became family who have been my support system since my second year and aided in my professional and personal development. I have become much more confident in my ability to succeed as a healthcare professional because of all the opportunities DEM has given me.
